COORDINATION

Our coordination is the foundation of all the bodies movement patterns. As the motor skills continue to improve so will the timing and ultimate performance of the body.

STABILITY

Developing your motor skills improves your ability to recruit muscles in your movements. With better muscle recruitment we can create stronger, more stabile movements.

AGILITY & SPEED

Once foundations are in place we focus on the performance. Challenge the body with faster and more powerful movements to create new adaptation, agility and speed.

WHAT IS SWIFT?

Swift adds a new component to your program by focusing on movement, coordination, motor skills, and agility, all while burning up to 750 Calories!

SWIFT AGILITY LADDER

ZONE R1 – R1 is your highest tension zone. With 10 blocks back to baseline it requires your strongest and fastest movements.

ZONES O1 – O2 – As tension and energy start to decrease, our focus is to maintain speed, coordination, and form as we complete your 9 and 8 block drills.

ZONES Y1 – Y2 – With only 2 sets left, keeping lactic acid minimal is the goal. You perform 7 and 6 block movements, rest, and on to the new challenge! Great Job!

ZONE B1 – B5 – Warm ups and basic movements are done in this zone to get your muscles firing.

RESISTANCE CABLES

YELLOW (5.5 – 9.5lbs) – Yellow tension is mainly designed for upper body movements. It can also be combined with other bands to provide the right about of tension needed.

ORANGE (8.5 – 14.5lbs) – Orange is designed to provide to good amount of tension during stability and speed drills.

RED (11 – 20lbs) – Red is our strongest single band available. Once you have mastered the movements and speed, red is designed to take you to a whole new level.

THE WAIST BELT

BLACK BELT– Each class participant is provided the Swift Black Belt for use within the class.

YELLOW BELT – Earn your Swift status by taking 25 classes to get your own Yellow Belt.

ORANGE BELT – Take the next step up to the Orange Belt by taking 50 classes.

RED BELT – Maximize your status with your very own Red Belt.

THE DRILLS

SWIFTS focuses on improving COORDINATION – STABILITY – AGILITY – SPEED. Our exercises utilize multi-directional foot work drills, plyometrics, isometrics, core rotation, and a upper body component to maximize muscle recruitment and results.
