WONDERING IF SWIFT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

We provide all the equipment you need for your class. All you need to show up with is a good pair of running shoes, comfortable clothes you can move well in and a goal. We’ll take care of the rest!

Swift Classes are built for all levels. We are happy to accept clientele from 12yrs old and up! Our multi-level resistance workout program is flexible so that you can workout at your own level/zone. As you gain more experience with our class you can move up levels to continue challenging your body.

Each Swift class is conveniently 1 hour in length. This includes your warmup, workout and cool down time.

Like anything, you get what you put in. The average burn is between 500-750 calories!

Yes, our facility has both, so you can get ready for your day after a great class!

Yes! Our best rates and results are available in a onetime monthly payment to keep you stocked up on classes. Try it out and cancel anytime to stop your next months payment.
